I've been putting off making
Plain Fake Mayo and
Horseradish Sauce all week! I'm terrible! These are both made with silken tofu, so I bought a box and split the tofu between the two.
First, gather all the good stuff! Tofu, apple cider vinegar, horseradish sauce, lemon, a clove of garlic, and salt.
I blended each separately in the blender and am storing them in jars in the refrigerator. I am looking forward to trying these in sandwiches and in potato salad! Yum!
What else should I try them on??
