This recipe for
Swiss Chard was like a simple, quick version of the Moosewood
Warm Salad. It was great! Just a quick chop on some rainbow chard to begin.
Then I swished it around a hot pan with some garlic, tossed it with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and ate it! It was delicious with my breakfast. I added a few
Marinated Mushrooms to the plate too.
Roll that vibrant yolk footage!
