I made Hummus today for a study group. It was fantastic!  A little chunky, which makes me wonder: how do  you make hummus super smooth?  Do you run it in the food processor overnight?  I need to perfect my method.

Everything went into the food processor: garlic, green onions, garbanzo beans, tahini, salt, cumin, and a sprinkle of cayenne.

After a few scrape downs the hummus was fully blended. I halved this recipe and it made enough to feed my entire apartment complex. Ridiculous! I think I will share this treat with classmates throughout the week.
