It's been another crazy week trying to balance school, work, and play. I found a little time today to make
Hungarian Mushroom Soup. It's an incredibly easy soup with a short list of ingredients. Much of the time making this soup is spent setting the timer and putting a lid on the pot so it can simmer down. The blend of paprika, sour cream, and mushrooms tastes like the canned variety I enjoyed as a child ... only better! And yes, that is a cilantro leaf on top. We were out of parsley!
I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but this actually sounds really good! Warm and comforting, perfect for the chilly November evenings.
