Gypsy Soup and Broiled Eggplant and Tomato Sandwiches with Faux Aioli

Gypsy Soup: tomato, onion, garlic, celery, sweet potato, bell pepper, and garbanzo beans seasoned with paprika, tumeric, basil, cinnamon, cayenne, and a bay leaf.

I love the way this recipe page is decorated!

Broiled Eggplant and Tomato Sandwiches with Faux Aioli: eggplant and tomato on sourdough. The aioli was made with silken tofu, garlic, parsley and chives.

  3. Hey Bean! The Kombucha brew experience is going well. I have made about 6-8 batches now. It is delicious! I keep in the windowless laundry room under a heating pad. I have been experimenting with flavored teas too... tried some pomegranate and lemon... mmm!

I owe you a phone call... I will talk to you soon! I love you!

    XO,
    Alli
