Zingy Bean Dip

I made this Zingy Bean Dip just for you!

Actually, that's not true. I made it for my classmates the other night. We had a study group at my apartment.

This dip certainly lives up to it's name. It's similar to refried beans, but the lime juice in this recipe really gives it that zingy flavor.  Zingy Bean Zip! You gotta say it with expression!

I used some of the leftover bean dip on my dinner: a Jalepeno and Lime Marinated Kale Tostada! Weird fact about me: I don't really like black beans. Instead, I used this dip and it worked perfectly.
