Wicked Garlic Dip

I made Wicked Garlic Dip as an appetizer on Thanksgiving Day. The ingredient list is simple: potatoes, garlic, mayonnaise, and salt. I boiled the potatoes and blended everything together in the food processor. Unfortunately, the dip was quite gummy; I think I let the concoction whirl around for too long. The flavor of the dip was intense, super extreme raw garlic flavor! A little too intense at times.

  1. I dont know if it's possible to have to much garlic!! Mmmm...

    I will have to try this sometime, I've never put potato in a dip before!

  2. Yea! You just have to be careful not to overmix it so it won't get gummy!
