Simple and tasty... it's Miso Soup! All you need for this recipe: miso paste, hot water, a few clippings of green onion, and some soft tofu.
It takes me back to the very first time I had Japanese food, in 1990. I went to a sushi restaurant with my best friend, Vanessa, and was appalled and amazed that we were allowed to "drink" our soup, instead of spooning it! Needless to say, I've been drinking my miso ever since.
