Herbed Carrot Soup


Herbed Carrot Soup was super easy to make and was nearly fat free. Thyme, oregano, basil, and fresh chives gave this soup incredible fresh flavor.


Two pounds of carrot and two tiny potatoes were the bulk of the soup. The veggies were boiled until tender and pureed in the blender. Rhyme time! A delicious, healthy, flavorful soup!
