This was my first time making Felafel from scratch, and thankfully it wasn't a total bust. The first batch disintegrated when I tried to fry them. We added more flour to the batter and this seemed to help keep things together. The felafel was spicy and filling. We put them in pita pockets with lettuce, tomato, and aforementioned Lemon Tahini Sauce. Fantastic!
